The same thing happened to me!

I just took the screws out and just wiped out!

And then I closed it and let it dry in the sun for 1 hour!

Then I do not touch your psp for about 4-5 days!

Then check if it works!

Bad advice. Do not take apart the PS3 and make sure no power is getting to it. If it got wet while plugged in it may already be too late. Get 3 bags of dry rice. Pour one bag into a large container or bucket. Place the unplugged PS3 onto the rice then pour more rice onto it until it is completely buried in rice (at least 2 inches deep). Leave the PS3 in the rice for 4 days then remove it. It will be good as new.
