The manual says that the reason why it's coming up with that error message is that the machine hasn't drained properly in ten minutes. The manual suggests that you make sure there isn't anything clogging the filter, which is in the little door on the bottom left hand side of the machine, and if that doesn't do it, check the drain hose to see if it's either frozen, crushed, or kinked. If that still doesn't do it, then you must have it serviced.
