That code won't work. When typing in action replay codes there is no t or y. There is only numbers 0 to 9 and letters a to f

Ive never heard of a shadow lugia but you can catch the normal lugia in soulsilver easily if you use the 900x all pokeballs in pocket. It gives you 900 master balls and many more different kinds... Just keep asking. Ill let you know if I find out anything
