With this type of phone, you do not necessarily have to do a hard reset. All that is required is to type in #helphelp* then enter into where your phone information is located and the final 4 of what is called your MIN will reveal your unlock code.
After this stage just go back and revert your setting to NAM1. Alternatively you should seek out your nearest mobile phone shop and they should be able to help you with any settings. The sales advisors there have a tremendous amount of experience and therefore will be able to deal with your enquiry accordingly.
The Samsung R450 has many advantages. On the pro side it is sleek and small and has a slide out QWERTY keyboard. The speakerphone is quite powerful and loud and is light to the touch.
On the other hand, the battery life is quite small and it lags for quite some time when browsing the internet so the user experience and functionality when surfing the internet is a generally poor one.
The main reasons for getting this phone are clearly apparent but make sure you are on a good network. This will vary from network to network. Texting is also very good on this phone with well-spaced out letters and numbers.
It is a real pleasure using the texting feature on the R-450, compared to the discomfort using other phones but it is nowhere near as good as some of the latest smartphones that have hit the shelves in recent months. The touchscreen phones have bigger letters and the keyboard is much larger thus enhancing the user experience.

Just quit the battery, I hope this be good for you, but remember that all your data will be lost
