No. Because of how data is allowed to transfer across the USB connection, there is no way to convince the PSP to read your hard drive as a memory stick, even if it has the right folders on it... I'd say the only way to even try, would be if you can figure out how to make an adapter that connects a gutted memory stick with a USB port, and even then I don't know if it would work...
