To reset the security code on all Virgin Mobile TNT & Wildcard phones, simply press the '3Dot' button on the handset to select the menu screen. Find the settings menu by scrolling through the options and select it. Then select security from the sub-menu. The phone will prompt you to enter your lock code. The default lock code on all these phones is either the last four digits of your cell phone number or 0000.

Enter this code into the phone and select the option labeled 'change password'. Press OK and enter a new code. The new code must be different than the previous code and is always made up of four digits. Press OK, and the phone should have a new security code.

If you reach this stage and decide not to change the code, simply press cancel.
