If you've lost your Sims 3 booklet and you need the serial code, don't despair - if you did buy the software video game legally, there are some ways you can try to recover your serial number or get a new one. For example, there are help numbers for people that are experiencing difficulty with their Sims 3 game - calling Electronic Arts (the company that manufactures The Sims 3) and speaking to one of their service representatives can help you to get things started. When you're on the phone with EA support, ask them for a new CD key for your game. If you want to, you can send them a regular letter via snail mail to ask for a new serial number/CD key. Of course, getting the ball rolling may take a little longer when you opt for postal mail service versus an email or phone call.

The best way to find the phone numbers, emails and addresses your need for Electronic Arts is to visit their cutting-edge, fast-loading website. Once you've found the Support page at their site, simply choose the communication method you prefer, and begin to reach out for help from the team at EA, these specialists are used to requests like yours, and they will know exactly which questions to ask and how to go about restoring your ability to enjoy your Sims 3 game. However, if you did not buy the software legally, you may have a lot of trouble getting a CD key/serial number via Electronic Arts support. After all, these employees must be very certain they are not assisting "pirates" who steal their valuable, copyrighted video game programs.

The Sims 3 is a fun game that allows you to live vicariously through all sorts of characters; you can control a little universe of your own creation. However, you must have the proper serial number and booklet in order to log on and enjoy all of the features of the game. EA Support is the best point of contact if you've lost this important information.

This only works if you registered your game on thesims3.com website because if you go to customers support they can look up your game code on your account with absolutely no problem I got my own game code back within minutes. Don't sweat it if you registered your code you can also call EA Games and do they same.

Well I don't know what to tell you. Maybe if you go down to the store. With the case. And explain that you lost it. Maybe be they can look up on the computer what the code was for that case. But other than that looks like your out of luck.
